We know our products work, thousands have used them over the years, but they must work for you. All we ask is that you use the products per the instructions in the course one-hour a day for 90 days-- you are the sole judge of whether the products worked or not. All audio tapes, CDs, posters, and manuals sold on our website are therefore guaranteed for 90 days. (Should your tape break, tear or wear out we will replace It for free, less shipping).
The exception is that videotapes are not returnable for a refund unless damaged. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on other items if there is suspicion of federal and international copyright fraud.
In order to obtain a refund if you are not happy, you must follow the following procedures. Failure to follow these procedures could result in less than full credit or no credit towards your purchase. Our products are designed to help you build an increased energy level and you must do the following to qualify for our 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
1. If you are dissatisfied with our products you must explain to us in writing or over the phone why you are not satisfied, and what your expectations were going into our courses?
2. Did you do the exercises for at least 30 minutes to one hour per day for at least 75 days?
3. Did you call for mentoring to get the concepts to work better for you? In order to return an item, you must have called at least (3) Three times for mentoring to verify that you were actually using the program.
Although our programs are informational in nature, we reserve the right to refuse that information to anyone at anytime. We also reserve the right to not return your money, if we feel that you have obtained it with the intention of de-frauding us by duplicating or copying our material.
