Tony is also a Chi Power Practitioner, and has enjoyed adding Qigong into his training as well…

Anyway, I met Tony and Hercules at the last UFC held in NJ (Newark), and they informed me of the fight that Hercules would be fighting in…

If not for my brothers wedding this weekend I would have made it to the fight…

HE KNOCKED HIM OUT IN 35 SECONDS!

Just to let you know, Hercules waisted no time on his opponent. He knocked him out in 35 seconds….That is what I would say is getting the job done…

Congrats to Tony and Hercules. Tony has been training Hercules for many years, and it is good to see that hard work paying off…
